Refund policy
At BoldPrintedTees, every item is custom-printed just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items due to change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or buyer’s remorse. Please check our size charts carefully before placing your order.
We only accept returns/replacements in the case of:
- Items that arrive damaged
- Items that are misprinted
- Items that are defective
- Items where the wrong size or product was sent by mistake
If your order falls under one of these categories, please contact us by email at Boldprintedtees@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item with clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with our print partner to send you a free replacement or issue a refund.
Important Notes:
- Customers are not required to ship defective items back.
- Refunds/replacements will only be issued once photos are provided.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
